Fantastic tasting and authentic. Pork grits is excellent. And great passionfruit juice. Make sure you get the beans as a side.

My first time here, the young lady at the counter was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and what everything was made with. Had horchata for the first time ever so honestly I have no other place to compare it to but it was DELICIOUS! I haven’t ate so much in a while and had to stop myself from eating it all because everything was so good. Wish I lived closer, I’ll be trying something different every time I return. Thank you so much for the great service and food

Love the new location!!! It is so cute inside!!! You guys did a great job!!! Thank you for doing a soft opening because we have been missing you!!! My husband said eating here was like being back in Puerto Rico! The food was so good! We both ordered mofongo. This is some of the best mofongo I have had! The carne frita is the most tender pork I have ever tried! I can’t wait to go back! We will be out at least one more time during the soft opening and then we will wait patiently until Owl’s Corner is officially open!

I think the food is great! I have gone 3 times, and each time the service has been very kind. I previously lived in Miami so I just feel a special type of feeling of nostalgia when I walk in. I find myself singing to the songs they play too. I really like getting the Tripleta, I think it's juicy and when you put the hot sauce and the ketchup/mayo sauce it takes it to the next level. I like the pina colada too. The tres leches cake is very decadent, so if you're full you might want to take it to go. The mofongo is good too, but the carne frita may be dry to some, so I actually preferred the pernil version. The rice is good too as well as the plantains (they are not too oily, like how some places do them). I'm hoping to keep trying more of the menu as I keep coming back. :D oh, and the guayaba pastry , if you come at the right time of day will be FRESHLY BAKED, and that was like a dream to try due to its flakey warmth, and freshness.
